Pets: We love furry friends! We allow up to 2 small to medium dogs (sorry, no large breeds, puppies, or kittens). Pet deposit is $350 per pet (half non-refundable), and all pets must pass a friendly pet interview. Service animals are always welcome with proper documentation. Background & Credit: We look for a clean record-no felonies, violent misdemeanors, bankruptcies, or evictions-and a credit score of 600 or higher. Income: Household income should be at least 3x the monthly rent. Rental History: Good to excellent rental history is a must. Employment: Steady employment for at least 2 years with your current employer. Screening: Every adult will go through our application process (minors are exempt).
